Tonite's bus ride home was an experience.
Just like the newspaper Today, i was set thinking.
At abt 9.45pm, i was sitting at the bus stop waiting for the bus...
the 1st --- came.. so crowded, i didn't bother getting off the bus stop seat.
10 000 yrs later,
a --- came. So crowded, i didn't bother getting off the bus stop seat.
20 000 yrs later,
a --- came. I decided to be aunty a bit and squeeze my way in.
*Tip: once u got one foot on the bus, u're getting in. Or once u've tapped ur card, u're sure riding tt bus*
Then
The bus was so packed tt there was this guy who cldn't get in at all.
He shouted, 'OUI!!!!! MOVE IN LAH! C** B**!'
The bus moved off.
He continued, (at the bus stop), 'F*** you!!!'
WHOA! Violent tendencies eh?
Can't the bus company just understand that there r pple who live in the WEST who'll need their public transport to go home at nite? Then why is it that so few buses come to bring us poor souls home? Why can't they just schecule more buses to bring pple home? If u're saying tt it's late at nite, e bus drivers need their rest, then isn't it also late for the commuters who have had slogged their whole day through? Yet, they have to change their identity for that bus ride and become squashed sardines.
When they say, 'have a safe and enjoyable trip', i don't buy that during peak hours.
Didn't they study Science in pri 4 and know that human beings are matter and matter occupies space?
The irony is the frequency of the same bus services on the other side of the road is higher than that of the direction where many many much pple are taking the bus.
Because i was stuck at the front steps of the bus,
there was this guy behind me, who stood right at the base of the step, who had to suffer a leg jam w the bus door when it opened, thus incurring a cut on his feet. Ouch, i tell you. And i know how it feels because the same thing happened to me when i was in sec. sch. my brand new white school shoe got caught in the door, causing my feet to hurt real badly and my sch shoe to turn dirty. I emphatise with that guy.
Get the picture of how squeezed up the commuters at the front are?
Ah... this are just my rants abt how irritated i was, esp when i was tired. As i do not want to sound like her and say that i'm 'pissed off', i'd like to say i was infuriated!!!
Thank goodness i'm home safe and sound now.
Did i also mention how the dignity of ladies is violated whenever they have to find a space on the bus, and others would push, maybe not pull, therefore we are accidentally harrassed? How to blame the guys if the situation is just as so- packed to the max?
but but but... this is just the views of an unsatisfied commuter, a consumer's point of view. Mayb the producer has a different point of view. No wonder nothing's been done.
and if the bus company happens to read this and they want to sue me, haha... i'm dead.
How ironic is that today's Digital newspaper (whatever it's called) reported abt how companies read personal blogs. (Pg 3-4)
